We live in a very busy and increasingly instantaneous world where people want things now and are no longer prepared to invest a lot of time in working through
things. For this reason we offer the Intense Retreat Coaching Course where you and up to 19 other people can embark on this life changing journey together.
It is the same course as the Small Group Coaching course but we intensify the study to the max and condense the normal 6 week course into only 7 days. It really is
a case of get in, get it done and get out. In order to get the most out of this we will meet at a pre-determined retreat location where we can lock ourselves away
for the 7 days and just focus on restructuring our lives. There is a lot to take on and lots of hard work involved, but we will also have down time to relax and
recharge ourselves for the next day.
Periodically throughout the year we run courses at various retreat locations, so feel free to contact us for details of the next, up and coming retreat. Alternatively, if you already have

Introduction
Onboarding and Welcome
90 min group session plus 90 minutes of self study
Following on from an initial on-boarding process, we will have a welcome session to get to know each other a little better and to introduce you to the
materials you will use during the course.
12 Modules of Course Work
Review of Each Life Module.
90 min of self study per module.
Each participant will be required to work through the course material for each module for the duration of the retreat.
Group Facilitation Session for each module.
90 min group session per module
We will have a group facilitation session to review and take a deep dive into each module as we complete them.
Celebration and Moving Forward
Group Facilitation Session.
90 min group session.
We will have a group session to review the course, celebrate our wins and look at the next steps each participant can take to maintain the new found momentum in their new lives.
