If you stopped for a second and took a long hard look at your employees, would you say they are happy employees? How's your employee attendance record these days? Do you have a high level of employee absenteeism? What about staff rentention? Do you have a rapid turnover of staff? If you answer yes to one of these, or any of a host of other indicators that suggest your staff are unhappy, then maybe it is time to do something about it. Sure, a pay rise is always welcome, but the impact on employee happiness is often temporary and short-lived at best. In reality, what makes an employee happy is likely to be different for each individual employee. So how do you work out what to do? Well this is where I come in. As a Life Coach I can work with each of your employees, either individually or in groups of up to 10 people, and help each member of staff discover what it is that truly makes them happy. I can help them identify the areas in their lives that are working for them as well as the areas that need improving. Armed with this vital information, you can then work with each employee, investing in them, to help develop the areas in which they are lacking. This is a far more efficient and effective way of targeting your investment in your staff. You do not waste money on schemes that don't work for everyone and your staff feel you really care about them as an individual, creating a win-win situation for your business. As we all know, happy staff means better business and greater profits.
The course structure is completely flexible and the 12 modules can be spread over as long or short a period as works for your organisation. We suggest groups of up to 10 people maximum, but how you split your organisation into groups is entirely up to you. We can also do one-to-one sessions for those members who require more privacy during the course. So you see, everything is flexible and the price will vary depending on how many employees you have and the coaching requirements for your organisation.
Following on from an initial on-boarding process, we will have a welcome session to get to know each other a little better and to introduce them to the materials they will use during the course.
They will be required to work through the course material for each module for the duration of the course.
We will have a group facilitation session to review and take a deep dive into each module as they are completed.
We will have a group session to review the course, celebrate their wins and look at the next steps they can take to maintain the new found momentum in their new lives.
